Gatihub is the system we use — and that you can use — to run a road shipment from request to delivery. You do not need to know logistics jargon to use it: it is the screen where a load is booked, a truck is assigned, status is shared, and papers stay with that load.
What it is
Software for moving goods by road
When a plant needs a truck, today that usually means a phone call, a WhatsApp thread, and a spreadsheet. The vehicle number lives in one place. The lorry receipt lives in another. Proof that the goods arrived lives in a third. Nobody has one picture of the job.
Gatihub puts that picture in one login. You raise a request (where from, where to, what cargo, when). Operations puts a truck or trailer on it. You and your customer can see status. When the load is delivered, the papers — lorry receipt, proof of delivery, invoice — sit on the same shipment, not in a chat history.
In the trade this kind of product is called a TMS — a transportation management system. That only means: software that manages transportation. Gatihub is our TMS. You can ignore the acronym and just use the product.
